We have already celebrate Eid Adha. I got special Eid day again this year, it spectacular experience. It’s the first time I celebrate Eid Adha by done something usefull for another humen life. So, what is the meaning of Eid Al Adha for us? Eid Al Adha had begin on approximately December 8th, and have been being last for three days. At the time was at the end of the Hajj (annual pilgrimage to mecca), muslim throughout the word celebrate the holiday of Eid Al Adha (Festifal of Sacrifice).
During the Hajj, muslim remember and commemorate the trials and triumphs of the prophet Abraham. The Qur’an describes Abraham as follows:
“Surely Abraham was an example, obedient to Allah, by nature upright, and he was not of the polytheist, he was grateful for Our bounties. We chose him and guided him unto a right path. We gave him good in this world, and in the next he will most surely be among the righteous. (Qur’an 16:120-121)
So, Happy Eid Al Adha, “Eid Muberek” I hope we are as a muslim can commemorate and remember Abraham’s trials, by themselves slaughtering an animal such as a sheep, camel, or goat. This action is very often misunderstood by those outside the faith.
